1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Wire Now website and services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Services

Wire Now Ltd provides electrical EPC and O&M services. All work is carried out in accordance with BS 7671, relevant British Standards, and applicable regulations.

3. Quotations

Quotations provided by Wire Now are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. All prices are exclusive of VAT unless indicated.

4. Payment Terms

Standard payment terms are 30 days from invoice date. Stage payments may apply to larger projects as agreed in the contract.

5. Warranties

All workmanship carries a minimum 12-month warranty. Manufacturer warranties on equipment are passed through to the client.

6. Limitation of Liability

Wire Now Ltd's liability is limited to the value of the contract. We maintain comprehensive professional indemnity and public liability insurance.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
